How does Qualiti handle security?
We excel at safeguarding your sensitive information. Before any data reaches our backend, we meticulously scrub all personally identifiable information (PII), such as credit card numbers and Social Security Numbers. Our robust measures include frontend filtering, solid encryption, and the deployment of two neural networks to double-check for any lingering PII. After we've fully anonymized the data, it's transferred to our system via an irreversible process. We proudly hold SOC2 Type 1 certification and adhere to the highest data practices. An exception applies to dev/staging data, which remains unmasked for testing purposes. Rest assured, you retain full control over which environments are masked, ensuring no sensitive data is transmitted without thorough PII removal.
